The opportunity:
As a Sealing Department Manager within our Sealing Team, you will be given the opportunity to lead a successful operational sealing department of Fulton Hogan. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reseals and first coat sealing. This includes the provision of a number of management and administrative services such as contract, financial, fleet, safety and human resources management.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Overseeing pricing of work and preparation of tenders/ quotes/ estimates
  • Proactively champion and lead the Health & Safety of everyone on site in line with company standards, procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure forward planning, organising and ordering of contract subbies/ survey/ materials/ plant/ people

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • At least 5 years’ experience within a contracting environment with chip seal operations experience
  • Financial management experience including budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, reconciliation and reporting
  • Knowledge of human resources; recruitment, remuneration & benefits, employment relations and personnel information
