In this Berlin-based role, as a SEA Manager for flaconi, you will focus on further developing flaconi as the go-to Beauty destination within Europe. You will join a SEA team of two colleagues with a wide range of advanced skills that work together to drive successful campaigns.

YOUR ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Several years of experience in international search engine advertising (SEA) with a clear focus on performance
  • You have extensive experience managing Google Ads accounts towards ROI goals and a proven track record of meeting targets
  • You have successfully managed Search, GDN and UAC (mobile App) campaigns
  • Excellent MS Excel skills. Tableau Desktop experience is a plus
  • You have very good knowledge of conversion tracking systems, Google Ads bidding strategies and Quality Score variables
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail would be a plus!
  • You have a passion for search marketing, automation and all things digital
  • Fluent in English is a must. Good level of German is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • As a SEA Manager, you will be setting up new Google Ads, accounts and campaigns
  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance, checking against spend and ROI targets will be one of your core tasks
  • You will be running performance data analysis and finding optimisation opportunities
  • Optimizing bidding targets, budgets, keywords and campaign settings, as well as testing different bidding strategies
  • Managing approvals, tracking and any other issues affecting traffic or data collection
  • Preparing new keyword structures to test, working with our Copywriting Manager to produce text assets
  • Monitoring landing page performance and working with our Creative Managers to improve conversion rates
  • Updating team records, providing weekly summaries and preparing internal presentations
