OVERVIEW
The NFL is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the creative marketing team. This position will play a key role in supporting the production of creative across social, digital and on-air platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Work with creative directors, producers, editors, designers, and vendors to ensure the smooth coordination of materials and assets for broadcast, digital and social creative
- Facilitate footage requests and oversee digital asset management of creative marketing materials including music cues, NFL footage, stock footage, and photography
- Answer inquiries regarding program scheduling, formats, timings, and asset availability/delivery
- Aid the design group in setting and communicating project prioritization from a high levelManage shift scheduling for a large roster of producers, editors, associate producers, and PAs
