Description:

We are looking for a Seasoned RPA / Automation Developer to join our growing AI, Data and Automation team. If you know your way around process automation and have experience in planning and implementing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools, you may very well be the person we are looking for!
Are you the one?
To be successful in this role, you should have several years of recent professional experience in process automation. You have been working with Microsoft Power Automate and related Power Platform tools. In addition, experience with other automation tools and frameworks, both open source and commercial (e.g. Robot Framework, UiPath, Blue Prism), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and working with data in general (SQL and such, ETL), are considered an advantage. Do you also have experience with low-code development, analytics and process mining? Great, so do some of your future colleagues-to-be!
You also know how to communicate with different stakeholders and explain even complex things in an understandable way, even to non-technical people. In addition, we value that you are not afraid of new challenges, you want to take responsibility for your own work, and you enjoy working together with your team and our customers.
Besides the generally good benefits of working at HiQ for a good match we offer a competitive salary and a position where you can put your initiative and eagerness to learn to good use.
About our team
You’ll join our team that combines AI, Data and Automation to identify and resolve inefficiencies and inaccuracies in our customers’ business processes. We are actively keeping up with the latest tools, methods, and science to build upon our tried and proven set of tools and practices. We want to be able to grow our competence and prowess as a team and to offer a good and fitting solution to our clients needs, no matter how legacy-ridden or modern their context. We serve our clients both in project deliveries and consultancy with expert services ranging from training and consulting to process analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance and continuous improvement.
Interested to join us?
If the role sparked your interest and you think you’d be a great match for HiQ, send us your application. You can send the application either in Finnish or English though the role requires minimum professional proficiency in Finnish language.
You can also apply by sending an email directly to Liinu Pääkkölä (liinu.paakkola@hiq.fi). Just tell us briefly about your work experience and leave us your contact information.
