Requirements

• 2+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge and experience and/or enthusiasm to teach to the IB curriculum framework.
• Ideally will have experience of working in a bilingual or multicultural context, with sensitivity to the cultural differences
• Be committed to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning and an ability to create a successful learning environment
• Show accountability for each student’s progress and well-being.
• Have a commitment to reflection and improvement of personal practice.
• Well-versed in various teaching resources including digital tools to support and enhance teaching and learning
• Be collaborative and able to work as part of a team, with a willingness to actively participate in the academic enrichment and co-curricular programmes
• You will understand the special challenges and opportunities that come with being a start up school.
