We are seeking a talented and motivated SecOps Engineer to join our dynamic SecDevOps team and contribute to our mission of transforming financial services through technology.

SUMMARY:

The SecOps Engineer will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our identity and access management solutions. This position involves supporting the DevOps team, collaborating with corporate development teams, and working closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to uphold our cybersecurity standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in IAM with strong knowledge and experience in IAM concepts, principles, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in IAM tools and platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or similar.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as JAMF, ManageEngine, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for access provisioning, governance, and administrative needs across the organization.
  • Provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) support to security and DevOps teams.
  • Monitor and respond to ad hoc requests related to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access control, password requirements, Single Sign-On (SSO), and employee lifecycle management.
  • Lead access control reviews for critical applications, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Align IAM strategy with key IT infrastructure in collaboration with the network operations team.
  • Conduct education and training on access management for key process stakeholders.
  • Contribute to compliance controls and frameworks such as ISO 27001.
  • Manage projects related to delivering technologies, configurations, and supporting the DevOps team.
  • Maintain awareness of changes in legal, regulatory, and technology environments impacting operations.
  • Provide audit support through effective management of user access controls and documentation.
  • Develop key performance indicators for provisioning and deprovisioning services.
