Here in Rehabilitation Services we provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nutrition & Dietetics and Speech & Language Therapy to the Trust. We are looking for a new member of staff to join our friendly and dedicated team of secretaries. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate good organisational and IT skills with proven experience of Word and Excel. The post holder will be expected to work both on their own initiative and within the busy team of Secretaries. Full training and support will be given on all aspects of the role with initial training completed at Peterborough City Hospital.
The post-holder is required to work as part of the Secretarial Team responsible for providing an efficient and effective secretarial administrative service to support Therapy Services (Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy), Nutrition & Dietetics and Speech and Language Therapy. The post-holder will be required to follow Trust policies and procedures, communicate effectively with managers, clinicians, patients and other departments both within and external to the Trust.
We are committed to ensure a work-life balance to all our staff by offering full time and part time roles, flexible working hours on a shift pattern to fit around your family life.
We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. We particularly encourage applications from disabled, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) and candidates form our local communities.
