Salary : R4500 to R6500 depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a skilled Secretary to join the team on a short-term part-time basis. The Secretary will provide administrative support to our recruitment team and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent typist and secretarial skills, along with a positive attitude and strong organizational abilities. Some sort of accounting background is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Strong typing and secretarial skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general secretarial duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
  • Typing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Provide support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
