Description:

We are looking for a Section Head to be accountable for construction and installation activities on assigned projects as well as various site construction initiatives. Does the idea of interfacing with contractors and CNL clients to provide field oversight, knowledgeable expertise and consistent/cost-effective services appeal to you? Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and assign CS resources to projects according to individual skill sets and capacity.
- Provide review and comment on all project documents to ensure the construction process is being followed.
- Assist with identifying training needs specific to project assignments.
- Provide recommendations and feedback to the Construction Process self-assessment as required.
- Ensure Observation and Coaching requirements are being met.
- Responsibility 2 c: Ensure all incidents and/or conflicts are elevated/communicated to the appropriate person(s) in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to Construction Superintendents as required.
- Provide input into performance reviews for all Construction Superintendents.
- Supervise and direct the activities of the Construction Superintendents, including the provision of day-to-day direction, guidance and support.
- Assist with hiring as required.
- Act as delegate for the Construction Operations Manager as required.
- Ensure effective communication of all project updates and progress to the Management Team.
- Provide technical expertise and feedback on construction management procedures as requested
