Description:
Along with other Haematology Section Managers: Day to day running of the haematology laboratory - organising staff duty rota’s to ensure service provision. Line management of Laboratory staff - duties of which include (but are not limited to) - sickness management, performance management and people development. Training & competency assessment of staff according to UKAS/professional standards. Provide data as required to managers.
