What We’re Looking For:
We are currently seeking Section Waitstaff and Cocktail Bartenders who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and possess a genuine passion for hospitality. As an integral part of our team, you’ll have the chance to showcase your skills in a fun and collaborative environment.
Full time, Part Time & Casual hours available. An in date NSW RSA is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Experienced Section Waitstaff:

  • Providing excellent table service, ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests.
  • Taking orders, serving food and beverages with finesse, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Being knowledgeable about our menu offerings and assisting customers in making informed choices.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Cocktail Bartenders:

  • Crafting innovative and visually stunning cocktails with precision and flair.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar area while ensuring high levels of efficiency.
  • Engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and creating personalised cocktail experiences.
  • Proven experience as a skilled bartender with a strong cocktail repertoire.
  • Proficiency in preparing classic and contemporary cocktails.
  • A passion for mixology and a creative flair in crafting unique libations.
