Description:

Salary: S$2800 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Caldecott Contract Period: 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

  • To support operations during critical incidents for cases managed by community agencies
  • To assist senior officers in consultation and casework support for the community agencies
  • Support the planning and execution of training and events for community partners
  • Provide administrative support to monitor and support referral processes
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and discussions
  • Provide support in monitoring training needs to enhance the capabilities of community partners
  • Provide data analysis support for process and outcome indicatorsAny other related work as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in social service-related field
  • Must have an interest in doing direct social work.
  • Able to work independently, as well as a team
  • Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous and experience in using MS suite.
