Description:
Salary: S$2800 Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Caldecott Contract Period: 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- To support operations during critical incidents for cases managed by community agencies
- To assist senior officers in consultation and casework support for the community agencies
- Support the planning and execution of training and events for community partners
- Provide administrative support to monitor and support referral processes
- Provide administrative support for meetings and discussions
- Provide support in monitoring training needs to enhance the capabilities of community partners
Provide data analysis support for process and outcome indicatorsAny other related work as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in social service-related field
- Must have an interest in doing direct social work.
- Able to work independently, as well as a team
- Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous and experience in using MS suite.
Have positive working attitude and willingness to learn
