JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Secured Card Credit Review Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of six professionals, ensuring efficient and effective processes for rebuilding, reviewing, opening, and upgrading secured card accounts. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of credit review procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically one or more years of related experience

  • Strong knowledge of secured card products, credit scoring models, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of six individuals responsible for secured card credit review processes.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in rebuilding, reviewing, opening, and upgrading secured card accounts.
  • Account Review: Oversee the review of secured card accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Support:Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues related to secured card accounts.. Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Training and Development Develop training programs and materials to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing staff.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in secured card account management.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with secured card account activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, account review outcomes, and key metrics for management review.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and finance, to support organizational goals and initiatives.
