SECURITY ACCOUNT MANAGER

The Keyholding Company holds a unique place in the security industry, combining over two decades’ experience of traditional keyholding and alarm response services with a tech-driven, innovative ethos and ambitious plans to diversify.
We are growing rapidly and are seeking a motivated, passionate and customer focused Account Manager to oversee the service management of our Key clients. Reporting to the Director of Accounts, the Account Manager is responsible for managing one of our most important client accounts. You will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure requirements are being met and help the client succeed. You will work closely with our internal departments, service partners and clients in order to fully understand their specific requirements and needs, in order to provide an optimum competitive product to new and existing clients looking for guarding services.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry (FM/Mobile Services/Guarding/Systems)
  • Evidence of strong operational experience and knowledge
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
  • Evidence of achieving account growth, resolving issues and overcoming challenging situations
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an
  • organization, including Director and/or C-level
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • 5-year checkable work history or continuous education history
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation abilities and strong closing skills
  • Strategic perspective with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially focused and Strong closing skills
  • Excellent customer relationship, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Can do attitude and high levels of determination
