Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Allied Universal is currently hiring SecurityAdmin Professionalfor one of our industrial sites located 20 minutes north of Fort Saskatchewan.

  • Hourly Rate - $20. 56
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 630AM-430PM
  • Excellent with customers, Effective communication skillls ,confidence with dealing with high pressure situations.
  • Must be willing to abide by clean shave policy for site.
  • Must have VALID Alberta Security License
  • Must have VALID NON-GDL Driver’s License

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling/Payroll.
  • Process new workers and create site ID badges.
  • Audit and pull scheduled reports to manage access control.
  • Attend meetings with major contractors to discuss onboarding.
  • Attend meetings with Security Management Team.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in Security inbox.
  • Manage Security Record Classification.
  • Supervisory of additional Admin support during Site Turnarounds.
  • Emergency Response
  • Scheduling and assisting with K9 Team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Alberta Class 5 (Non-GDL) Driver’s License
  • Alberta Security License
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Efficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment.
