Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Allied Universal is currently hiring SecurityAdmin Professionalfor one of our industrial sites located 20 minutes north of Fort Saskatchewan.
- Hourly Rate - $20. 56
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 630AM-430PM
- Excellent with customers, Effective communication skillls ,confidence with dealing with high pressure situations.
- Must be willing to abide by clean shave policy for site.
- Must have VALID Alberta Security License
- Must have VALID NON-GDL Driver’s License
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling/Payroll.
- Process new workers and create site ID badges.
- Audit and pull scheduled reports to manage access control.
- Attend meetings with major contractors to discuss onboarding.
- Attend meetings with Security Management Team.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in Security inbox.
- Manage Security Record Classification.
- Supervisory of additional Admin support during Site Turnarounds.
- Emergency Response
- Scheduling and assisting with K9 Team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Alberta Class 5 (Non-GDL) Driver’s License
- Alberta Security License
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment.
