The Security Analyst role will provide analyst support for ongoing audit and assurance tasks relating to the Security Assessments.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES (REQUIRED)
- Attention to Detail: An ability to thoroughly examine data and accurately identify any potential security risks.
- Quality Assurance: Commitment to delivering high standards of quality in processes and documentation, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and procedures.
- Analytical Skills: Possess an analytical mindset to decipher data, assess cases, and provide accurate advice outcomes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with a range of stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Competent with MS Office suite. Prior experience using, and navigating between, various systems.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCES (DESIRED)
- Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance
- Previous analyst experience
- Previous experience working with State or Federal Government preferably Defence
Responsibilities:
- Working through documented Standard Operating Procedures, process assessments, strictly adhering to the policies and EY best practices.
- Leverage electronic case management systems for efficient processing.
- Offer advice on outcomes while adeptly handling complex cases.
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on assessments ensuring their alignment with standard procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage caseloads.
