Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Investigations Officer to join their team, based in East London.
Successful candidate required to have a strong background in both security and investigations, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats.
Minimum Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and investigations
- Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience working with law enforcement and other agencies
- Proficiency in security software and systems
- Valid security license or certification
Duties:-
- Conduct thorough investigations into any security breaches or incidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and writing detailed reports
- Monitor and analyze security systems and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company’s assets and personnel
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed to address security concerns and incidents
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and recommend solutions
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve services
