JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably a Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience with the military/police.
- Able to work shifts.
- Must have good knowledge on security operations.
- Strong leadership skills and good organisational ability.
- Resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Exhibit leadership skills and good organizational ability.

- Must have attained at least PLRD Security Supervisor Grade.
- Must possess a valid Special Employee License during his/her employment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist to supervise and train Security Team Members in specific roles and responsibilities.
- Deputize the Reporting Manager, when required.
- Work in partnership with the MBS departments to ensure that operational matters are resolved.
- Ensure optimum guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Manage the attendance issues of security team members, including approval of amendments to Security Team Members’ time sheets and rosters, when required.
- Assist in the conduct of daily security briefings/debriefs.
- Ensure that investigations of incidents and complaints are completed timely.
- Conduct of performance appraisal reviews for the Team’s Security Officers, when required.
- Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
- Perform other tasks within the IR, including CAT B Special Employee License tasks, as directed by the Vice President, Security Service Department.
