Are you ready to champion cybersecurity and empower the global team of one of e-health’s leading players in tackling today’s array of cyber threats? Then we want you on our team. We are seeking a dedicated Security Awareness Manager to spearhead our awareness initiatives.
From providing engaging training sessions to fostering a culture of vigilance throughout the company, your people skills will be as crucial as your technical know-how. As part of our experienced Group Information Security, you will find yourself immersed in exciting tasks within an agile work environment.

Your contribution:

  • You develop and improve communication strategies to keep our global team up to date on current information security topics and internal procedures.
  • You manage our company-wide Security Community by creating content (e.g., Viva Engage, newsletters) and organizing regular virtual get-togethers.
  • You develop training and certification paths tailored to varied target groups.
  • You conduct awareness trainings for varied target groups (e.g., new hires, managerial staff), both remote and on-site.

What you bring along:

  • You have a degree in computer science, IT security or at least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
  • You have knowledge of cybersecurity principles and emerging trends, particularly within the healthcare industry. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+) are a plus.
  • You have experience developing and delivering engaging training materials, workshops, and presentations.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is required.
