Servest Security Pty Ltd is currently recruiting a Branch Manager that will be based at the Durban Umhlanga Office.
The successful candidate should have Grade 12 with 5- 8 years Management / Operations experience in the security industry.
Prefferably a qualification in Operations/ Business Management.
Firearm competant [Handgun,Shotgun and Rifle] Business Purpose.
Good Interpersonal skills / Good communication skills.
High levels of integrity.
Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle.
Have a private mobile phone.
No criminal record .
Psira registered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.
5-8 Years security experience.
Firearm competant [Hangun,Shotgun,Rifle] All competance Business purpose
Good communication skills/Interpersonal skills.

• Promote Profitability : Manage and control expenses,Strict adherance to operational procedures.
• Manage and developement of staff : Compilation of SOPS and training of guards.Ensure complaince and follow disiplinary process.Manage the performance and productivity of staff and provide feedback.Implement and ensure a safe and healthy operating environment.
• Customer service quality : Conduct risk assessments,Conduct monthly customer surveysand implement continuous improvement initiatives. Attend to incidents ,Conduct investigations and reports. Manage customer and staff complaints.
• Administration : Ensure contract profitability through the efficient rostering of Security Officers including management and leave relievers.Analyse vehicle tracker reports. Manage the operations controllers by conducting regular checks.
• Budget : Manage and generate annual budgets, Meet budgeted EBIT targets
• Stock control : Ensure the quality of stock is up to standards on delivery.
• Vehicle maintenance: Utillise the vehicle Tracker daily to avoid abuse of the company vehicle.
• General : Strive to maintain company standards and conduct daily direct communication wiht the regional director. Ensure you are contactable on a 24 hour basis.
