We’re hiring a Security Education & Awareness Manager on a FTC until August 2025. You will be part of our team in either Manchester or London, working on a hybrid basis.
Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to lead the Security Education and Awareness capability, managing the analysts and develop and deliver the global security education programme with the purpose of creating an enterprise security culture which can manage effective risk-based decisions and protect critical and sensitive information and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the development of operational cyber resilience culture and awareness strategy
Coordinates the delivery of continual security education for all in-scope employees and contractors
Creates and delivers original education and awareness content leveraging support from a combination of internal expertise and third parties – collaborating closely with other business functions including global communications
Engages with support functions and brands, third parties and high-risk individuals to raise cyber security awareness and ensure understanding of security threats
Ensures development of appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and demonstrate progress of secure behaviour
Collaborates with the security service owners to advise current and emerging threats that can be incorporated for future security education and awareness initiatives
Maintains relevant stakeholder connections and builds relationships with Education and Awareness peers across the global network including Data Privacy, Data Governance and Ethics and Compliance
Compiles and maintains content for inhouse Security Matters publication
