What you can expect
The Security Engineering Analyst supports the Security Engineering function, helping the development of Security design and implementation of Infrastructure, Applications, Network, Information Assets and performing Threat Hunting within Teleperformance.
Also, pushing the security implementation within Teleperformance and will help drive compliance with PCI DSS, ISO27001, Privacy laws and other legal and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Support the implementation of TP Policy Program (IT Infrastructure related);
  • Assist and support GISP (Global Essential Compliance Security Policies) Program (IT Infrastructure related) needs;
  • Improve the implementation of Security Policies and Procedures in Contact Centers (IT Infrastructure related);
  • Support the implementation of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, privacy law compliance and certifications;
  • Ensure the response to any PCI DSS and ISO 27 001 questions;
  • Support PCI DSS and ISO 27 001 audits;
  • Interact with IT HR, Training, Operation Security, and other departments;
  • Upload compliance progress (IT Infrastructure related);
  • Support the design of security models for Infrastructure components, Application development and implementation including Network devices and architecture overall;
  • Perform Threat Hunting, working closely with Regional and Global SOC’s;
  • Perform Security analysis;
  • Perform Risk Assessments – Applications, processes, software, infrastructure
  • Simplify Security implementations and streamline processes;
  • Cyber incident investigation and forensic analysis;
  • Malware, threat and vulnerability analysis;
  • Risk management.

What you’ll need

  • Higher Education Degree (preferential);
  • Excellent level of English (C1 or above) and Portuguese;
  • Must have 1 or more years in an information security position such as security administrative/consultant;
  • Must have experience with information security fraud investigations;
  • CISSP certification, CFE certification, PMP certification, and ITIL certification (all preferential);
  • Management skills, strategic thinking and team building.
