Designing and Implementation of Fully redundant HA solution for network and security devices.
Managing and Maintaining FortiGate firewall with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer (Firmware Upgrade, Policy creation, Security Profile, Zones, IP Sec and SSL VPN, two factor authentication, SD-WAN, HA, VDOM etc)
Managing and Maintaining PaloAlto firewall (Firmware Upgrade, Policy creation with security profiles like Threat Prevention with IPS and Anti-Malware,Webfilter with PanDB/Brightcloud URL categories, Zones, IP Sec and SSL VPN, SD-WAN, HA, etc)
Implementing and Managing WebSecurity (Proxy) with HA solution using ForcePoint and Bluecoat appliance with real time threat analysis to protect from malicious web attack.
Implementing and Managing DLP solution using ForcePoint appliance to analyzes traffic on a variety of channels, such as email, FTP, LAN, Printer etc
Implementing and managing endpoint security solution with features like Virus and Spyware protection, Network and Host Exploit mitigation, Proactive Threat, Intrusion Prevention AntiMalware etc on products like Symantec Endpoint Protection, Eset Endpoint, Kaspersky Security Center etc.
Implementing and Managing content scanning solution using Symantec Protection Engine to provided protection for any application on IP network using ICAP and RPC protocol
. • Managing and Maintaining NAC/VPN solution using PulseSecure appliance
Managing and Maintaining cisco ASA firewall. (Policy creation, Zones, IPSec/SSL VPN)
Configuration and Maintenance of VLAN, Trunk, VTP, STP, LACP etc
Routing Protocols (Static, Dynamic, On-Demand Routing and Policy Based Routing)
NAT & ACL (Standard, Extended)
Configuration of SSL, IPSEC VPN.
Centralized Sandboxing solution with Symantec ATP and FortiSandbox
Installing Microsoft Server, Configure and maintain Active Directory settings including Group Policy Objects, DNS and DHCP.
Manage and maintain Virtual Server (host and guest machine) on VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper V and Nutanix AHV.
Manage and maintain backup servers like NetBackup, Veeam, Rubrik, Backup Exec, etc.
Hardware Troubleshooting in Network Cards, Switches, cable faults etc.
Troubleshooting PC and Networking issues.
Provide voice-based Troubleshooting support to customer over remote software and resolve technical queries based on customer query
Providing training to new staff and end users.
Providing advice on selection and purchase of IT equipment.
Operating System Installation, Configuration, Maintenance etc.
Maintaining IT equipment inventory with proper naming convention using the appropriate Fixed Asset forms.
Co-coordinating/follow-ups with other team member like network team and server support and helpdesk team when required
