POSITION

We are seeking a Security Associate Project Manager (APM) to support the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and AV infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT and AV, with experience in project management and coordination as well as knowledge of physical security guidelines and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of industry physical security guidelines and standards
• Basic project management best practices
• Problem identification and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholdersBilingual preferred, not essential.
• 
  The APM will work closely with the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager to ensure that IT and AV infrastructure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

• Assist the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and AV infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for IT and AV infrastructure
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT and AV infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and third-party contractors to ensure timely delivery of IT and AV infrastructure components
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager on project progress, issues, and risks
• Help manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
• Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans reviews, status reports, and technical specifications
• Assist in the review and management of requests for information (RFI) and change orders (CO) related to IT and AV infrastructure
• Participate in regular reviews of IT and AV infrastructure to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT/AV Infrastructure Project Manager
