About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service to employees and visitors
- Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property
- Operate and monitor security control panel alarms, use computerised access control systems and related security equipment
- Maintaining logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer terminal to input and retrieve data
Skills & Experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current SA Security Licence and Driver’s Licence
- Unlimited working rights
- Ability to work in high pressure environments
