Are you a skilled Security Officer looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in Rochford ? Join our team and work 4 on 4 off night shifts, averaging 48 hours a week. Your experience and abilities will ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

✨ Your Skills Make a Difference:

• Gatehouse Duties: Manage access control at our gatehouse, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Excellent Report Writing: Document incidents and activities accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
• Adaptability: Thrive in challenging situations, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Approach problems creatively, finding innovative solutions to security challenges.
• Decision-Making: Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions, prioritizing safety and security in all situations.
• External Patrols: Conduct thorough patrols of the external areas, deterring potential threats and ensuring the security of the premises.
• Full Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
• Minimum 1 years security experience
• Valid SIA licence.
• A 5 year check able work or education History
• Proof of right to work in the UK
