Description:

Exciting security opportunity in the vibrant city of Edinburgh with Securitas ! We’re searching for a skilled Security Officer with 1-2 years of commercial security and logistics experience to join our team. This role involves a balanced 3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 Off shift pattern, averaging 56 hours a week.
As a Security Officer , your commercial security and logistics experience shine through in your ability to greet visitors and contractors with professionalism and efficiency. Monitoring CCTV, patrolling, and securing the premises are second nature to you, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our security operations.
Your commitment to accurate recording of events and incidents enhances our ability to maintain a comprehensive record. Additionally, your experience in recording vehicle details for HMRC compliance adds value to our logistics-focused security measures.

  • Greeting visitors and contractors
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Patrolling and securing the premises
  • Accurate recording of events and incidents
  • Recording vehicle details for HMRC compliance.
  • A firm grasp of English, both Written and Spoken
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • IT literate
  • Able to work in a team.
  • A flexible approach
  • A full 5 year, traceable, UK employment history
  • 1 to 2 years experience preferred of a commercial security and logistics
  • On site Supervisor support
  • On Site free parking
