• Ensure all employees, residents, and the public have the necessary invitations and/or credentials for accessing areas of the property (ensuring completion of sign-in forms, ID badges, passes or proof of appointment, etc.);
• Respond to emergencies and incidents on the property promptly and according to policy;
• Escalate emergency situations to An Garda Síochána as needed, work with emergency services if required, and help deal with evacuations;
• Identify potential security risks and work with the management team to respond accordingly;
• Report and, where possible, take action on incidents (e.g. fire, loss, damage, etc.) that occur on the property in accordance with the set reporting systems and policies;
• Observe all health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, and any other persons on the property;
• Attend meetings and training sessions when required by your supervisor or management;
• Maintain at all times good working relationships with your colleagues and the management team; and
• Be flexible with regards to working hours and duties in order to handle any unexpected requirements and to meet the operational needs of the business.
