Description:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required

- Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education.
Amazon is looking for a Seller Engagement Manager to support the Self-Service Recruitment (SSR) channel of our EU Marketplace Expansion Business.
We are looking for a creative, results-driven, customer obsessed candidate to support the selling partners awareness and conversion strategy for Amazon Marketplace in Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium. Your role will be focused on hunting and recruiting new partners to sell on Amazon through scalable recruiting initiatives and help raise the bar on the Seller Experience by optimizing the self-service registration tools and processes.
A successful candidate will need to both see the big picture, be strategic and be able/willing to execute rapidly. The ideal candidate has proven success of creating and executing effective awareness and conversion campaigns across multiple channels, testing and launching new tactics, measuring results and optimizing the conversion funnel performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute EU 3P Expansion recruiting activities (Launch & GMS goals) and marketing plan in online and offline media channels, aligned to business priorities.
- Conduct deep dive analyses to understand recruiting activities and overall registration funnel performance and uncover improvement opportunities and seller insights.
- Develop seller-facing targeted and creative content to top funnel performance (traffic and Reg.Start) and increase conversion within the funnel stages.
- Own monthly/quarterly SSR reporting for leadership reviews and documents.

- Fluency in additional EU languages
- Experience in sales, business development, management consulting or product management. · Experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus
