JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled SEM Specialist to join our team and help us scale our SEM campaigns. We have just started utilizing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and are looking to expand. The SEM Specialist will work with the Director of Product & Marketing and be responsible for helping develop and manage search engine marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions to our website, and the service providers featured there. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing SEM campaigns for maximum ROI and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEM, including campaign creation, optimization, and analysis
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Write and test ad copy for search ads and conduct A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEM and search engine algorithms.
  • Prepare regular reports on SEM performance and present findings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website landing pages and collaborate with web development team to implement changes.
