JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred
• At least 3 years of supply chain (procurement/ planning) work experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Good experience in fabrication/ manufacturing mechanical part with strong production planning skills
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP and data management
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Result-orientated, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoys working in fast-paced environment

• Perform procurement of materials and goods both locally and overseas
• Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers/ vendors
• Manage and develop suppliers/ vendors
• Manage and track stock to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Create and coordinate logistics arrangements to customers
• Track, measure and analyse company expenditures and provide report for management
• Provide weekly delivery reports to management for review
• Other coordination matters to ensure an efficient supply chain management
