Job Description:
We are searching for a talented individual who not only possesses advanced skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer, postprocessing skills in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro, but also has the leadership qualities to inspire and guide our team of VFX artists towards excellence. If you have a passion for both design and leadership, and excel in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer, we want to hear from you.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

• Experience of a minimum 5 years as a 3D Visualization Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer.
• Experience with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proven leadership abilities with previous experience in managing or leading a team of visualizers.
• Deep understanding of hospitality and F&B design principles, trends, and industry standards.
• Preference will be given towards candidates with experience in architectural photography and photography manipulation.
• Proficiency in other visualization software such as SketchUp, Revit, Escape, Lumion, Sketchup, Unreal Engine 5 or Blender is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred

• Utilize your expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer to produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings and animations that push boundaries and showcase the unique features and ambience of hospitality and F&B.
• Interpret design concepts, sketches, and blueprints to create compelling visualizations that accurately convey the intended aesthetic and atmosphere.
• Apply advanced material creation techniques and lighting setups to achieve realistic textures, finishes, and lighting conditions that enhance the visual impact of each project.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and provide artistic direction that aligns with the project vision and objectives.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adhere to project timelines to deliver exceptional results on time.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and software advancements in 3D visualization, rendering, animation and AI tools to continually refine skills and enhance capabilities.
• Invest in the professional growth and development of team members through training, skill-building initiatives, and knowledge sharing sessions. Encourage continuous learning and experimentation with new tools, techniques, and software to stay ahead of industry trends.
