This has all the markings of a super role. This highly regarded social and government research team are hiring a Senior Account Director to keep up with the pace of growth.
The work will be primarily in the communications area: mostly evaluations but also developmental research.
A Senior Account Directors role is to engage with senior Government stakeholders, leverage existing relationships, be on top of new requests for consumer research, respond to proposals and, importantly, retain the programs of research already in play.
As a senior member of a small, social research team, you will be instrumental helping to execute the design and delivery of social research projects. There also lies the opportunity to cross over to commercial clients and projects if you so wish.
A large component is programs (phase after phase) work, so you will need established quant skills, ideally from a social & government background. The work is varied so ad-hoc consulting (quant qual) experience will also be highly regarded.
With an enviable body of work, including Federal and Victorian Governments already underway, this is an excellent role for a technically sound quant leaning senior Research Manager who prefers leveraging a strong client base rather than developing brand new business.
