DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our London based client services team. A Senior Account Executive will be responsible for a wide variety of duties, supporting the team with client facing and typical project management tasks.
You will be based from our London office (hybrid working available) and report to a Client Partner/Senior Client Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A science, communications or marketing degree required
  • At least 2 years agency experience required
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • 2yr+ Client facing experience, including client meetings and other regular communications
  • Project Management skills, including managing timelines, budgets and resourcing
  • Detail orientated
  • Well organised and able to prioritise well

Responsibilities:

  • Support client partners, client service managers and project managers on the day-to-day management of relevant accounts
  • Independently prepare client communication for any projects assigned
  • Contribute to and build strong client relationships by exhibiting clear, knowledgeable and professional client communications
  • Assist with translating client requirements into actionable and compelling agency briefings.
  • Support client partner/client service managers in preparing for meetings and developing contact reports post meetings with minimal input required from senior client service team members
  • Own projects throughout the agency from kick off to delivery. Ensuring all projects adhere to the agreed workflow
  • Create and manage timelines with PM team, updating them as appropriate.
  • Coordinate internal project resources, booking time into Ganttic for all projects.
  • Be a key point of contact between the agency client services, creative and digital teams
  • Assists with billing deadlines and management
  • Regular liaison with PM team to ensure budgets are managed correctly
  • Regular liaison with finance team to assist with financial admin
