And right now we’re seeking a talented and driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role you will play a critical role in driving growth and building long-term relationships with mid-sized and large European enterprise companies, helping them to transform their approach to logistics and achieve their business objectives through our software solutions (SaaS). You’ll work closely with our teams in business analytics, process optimization, and service delivery to ensure that we achieve our ambitious goals for an entire industry.

With a background in B2B software solution selling, preferably in an exponential growth setting, you have a proven track-record of independently generating results. To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:

  • Approx. 10 years of experience in B2B software sales (SaaS/Cloud-solutions), with a focus on enterprise accounts and preferably in an exponential growth setting.
  • Ability to apply consultative selling methodology.
  • A data driven and hypothesis-based approach to sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise customers’ needs and pain points.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

Responsibilities:

As Senior Account Manager at Mover, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading customer engagement: Initiating contact, assessing business needs, conducting presentations, and providing expert guidance and advice to help customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Managing customer relationships: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Driving sales results: Lead high velocity sales processes all the way from lead generation to contract signing and developing sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Working with cross-functional teams: Collaborating with the marketing, revenue operations, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a consistent and effective go-to-market approach.
  • Represent the customers’ interests within Mover
