Job Description
BFSI is a strategic vertical for NCS and as part of our continued investment in this space we’re looking for an Account Manager experienced in managing large insurance clients to join our team. This role will play a crucial role in driving growth opportunities by building strong, trusted relationships with NCS’ clients. This position involves creating compelling sales proposals and tender responses, as well as identifying sales opportunities within accounts while positioning oneself and the NCS team as trusted advisors.
In addition to achieving sales targets, the main goal of this role is to nurture and maintain deep client relationships. This includes understanding and meeting clients’ needs while actively seeking opportunities to promote NCS. Given the global nature of our operations, successful collaboration between onshore and offshore teams is essential. Therefore, the Account Manager must skillfully coordinate activities across various locations to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role managing large BFSI Accounts for system integrator, technology consultancy or professional services organisation
  • A strong background in Account Management
  • The ability to drive complex bids, RFP and RFQ’s
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various level
  • A passionate self-starter with a collaborative attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills driven by sales success
  • A consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversations
  • The ability to negotiate and close deals as well as grow existing accounts
  • The ability to effectively build relationships and networks with clients, partners and the industry
  • Proven record in meeting sales goals.
  • Good sales, commercial and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in building sales strategies, plans and pipelines.
  • A high level of communication skills including the development and delivery of multi-mode communication that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
