This territory is within the Central/Northern European Region and remote in the region.
EDUCATION
- BSc/BA or equivalent in business or the sciences
EXPERIENCE
- Requires extensive related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; some previous experience and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience to include related clinical project and/or sales experience. Strong experience in Biorepository and transportation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Collaboration, especially in a matrix management organization. Ability to influence across functions across Thermo Fisher Scientific sites and across companies to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrated competency with software tools used for internal and external communications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS PowerPoint, SalesForce.com, or other CRM software.
- Sales, communication and presentation skills. Capable to understand client’s requirements and able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
- Validated problem solving with keen analytical skills. Capable of identifying and raising issues.
- Self-motivated and goal focused to achieve results. Is capable of working with autonomy and assessing when to involve the relevant colleagues and management for support.
- Up to 50% overnight travel
