THIS ROLE IS A 10 MONTH FIXED TERM PARENTAL LEAVE COVER.

THE ROLE

This role reports to the GM – City of Sydney (CoS) and operates within the broader QMS Sales Team structure. The role plays a dual function as both a CoS sales specialist and as an embedded CoS expert with a GBD led Sales Group.
CoS Senior Account Managers are responsible for maximising revenue to achieve agreed revenue targets/sales quotas, spearheading the strategic positioning of CoS and its effectiveness for advertisers and ensuring complete customer satisfaction when dealing with QMS.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO:

  • Identifying, planning, and targeting appropriate advertising opportunities and clients to launch and grow the CoS business.
  • Working closely with the sales team to deliver on the CoS budget and strategy. Ensuring all patch team members are well-educated and able to strongly position and sell CoS.
  • Conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and coordinating the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and Account Management plans.
  • Working closely with agencies and clients as a specialist to determine their present and future needs and proposing strategic CoS solutions that deliver strongly for them while maximising revenue for the organisation.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to close revenue gaps and ensure strong future pipeline for CoS.
  • Ability to build and present business plans, achieve budget and growth requirements for agency patch.
  • Coach & mentor the team, driving engagement, supporting development, and retaining talent.
