Description:

SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to maintain and grow relationships with current and future customers of Contract Compression in the Permian area. With a foundation of integrity and self-motivation, the candidate would use commitment and creativity to drive our organization forward, maintain high level of fleet utilization, customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous seasonal Contract Compression experience, proven sales, marketing and account management experience in the US oil and gas industry / gas compression industry
  • 10+ years experience in developing projects, relations and customer base in the main basin/areas: Permian, Eagle Ford, Bakken and Mid-Con area preferred. Other US territories and basins will be an asset.
  • Associate degree and/or vocational certification preferred.
  • Self-performing in selecting packages configuration by using available tools for compression and engines performance.
  • Advance understanding of the compressor package main components, variables and operational conditions that affect its performance, maintenance and operation will be an asset.
  • Possess strong time management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and motivated, results oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literacy, including competency related to MS-Windows based applications and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management and branch departments.
  • Analytical, prospecting, negotiating, and problem-solving skills a definite asset
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time to the different areas

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Fast-paced general office environment. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity. Domestic travel is required around the Permian area as a minimum. Working under pressure with deadlines to meet over multiple projects at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with external/internal customers.
  • Prospect new customers for territory growth, understand market competitive landscape and collects competition market intel.
  • Maintain and track customer requirements, growth, drilling and artificial lift plans, accurately throughout the territory providing feedback to management about future needs and market trends
  • Implement and execute sales strategies with prioritization among all opportunities, providing feedback to management with proposed solutions and outcomes.
  • Manage projects and effectively implement solutions to customer issues.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of MRA/MSA and rental contracts as required.
  • Inform and coordinate with customer and Enerflex operations units’ settings and releases, invoicing disputes, monthly operational meetings, follows up on customer complaints, among others.
  • Coordinate and facilitate operational meetings with Enerflex’s local branch and customers.
  • Identify and support opportunities for cross selling all Enerflex product lines (Product sales/ES, AMS, Integrated Turnkey Services/ITK and Energy Transition)
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
