Description:
SELF MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
- Attending and participating in all knowledge sharing initiatives via: Intranet readings, Ipsos online trainings, Internal f2f trainings, best practices or POV shared by experts.
- Proactively seeking out opportunities for own self-development, via informal and formal learning events (e.g.: establishing a mentor, reading materials on Intranet, attending training courses etc.
- Being a proactive and effective team member. Collaborate with other team members by workload sharing.
- Engage and communicate with the Client Organization team to understand expectations on projects, communicating updates, raising timely red-flags and ensure seamless execution.
