ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hybrid Senior Account Manager/Director with expertise in managing life science customers to join our team in Germany.

As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of this account and have responsibilities covering across commercial management, new business identification and delivery governance.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to consult, design and deliver digital innovation & transformation solutions to clients in Healthcare and Life science vertical. You will leverage industry expertise and experiences using technologies to transform organizations across a variety of focus areas. You will utilize your client management experience to develop relationships and identify opportunities for the wider practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a trusted advisor with the HLS space, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trends
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver technology focused transformation projects across a variety of areas
  • With the support of our sales/pre-sales teams, assess client opportunities, generate & respond to RFP’s, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients and help to close/sign new deals
  • Shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges in the sectors, markets and geographies (focus on France) in which our clients operate and offer clarity in how these affect our clients’ businesses and initiatives
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our Life Sciences portfolios
  • Align with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals including revenue and profit targets
