FIXR is a global ticketing, business intelligence and event management platform with operations across the UK, Europe, South Africa and Middle East. We work with some of the most exciting and ambitious event organisers who use our technology to power their events, including attractions, beach clubs, club nights, music festivals, fashion shows, experiential showcases and much more. Following the recent launch of our business in Dubai, UAE, we are now looking for a Senior Partnerships Associate to support the General Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with the events industry, has a background in account management / sales enablement, entrepreneurial, and motivated to join our growing team as we drive the business in the UAE and wider region to the next level.
The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you will support the General Manager (GM) by delivering great sales enablement, onboarding and partnership management for our growing client base across the UAE. We’re based in Media City Dubai, but you’ll find yourself travelling up and down the UAE to meet both new and existing clients to deliver a fantastic experience, maximise success for them and support the GM in achieving the territory’s sales and revenue targets. As a fast-paced scale up, successful candidates should be keen to learn, ambitious and collaborative.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain great relationships with clients, including onboarding and set-up, regular meetings, and driving client success.
Ensure client queries and operational requirements are fully supported.
Ensure payments and client reporting is up to date, timely and accurate.
Support our clients with on the ground delivery of ticket sales and entry management solutions.
Build solid relationships with key stakeholders at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) to ensure all permits are in place and event set-up is flawless.
Support the GM with lead generation and sales enablement in the region.
Source new sales leads and research potential new markets in the region.
Collaborate and lead pitches and meetings with existing and potential clients.
Work with the wider FIXR marketing team and agencies to ensure marketing content is relevant, engaging, and delivers on our business KPIs.
Develop social media content from time-to-time and ensure we are “always on” from a marketing perspective.
Attend networking events on behalf of FIXR and build contacts across the region.

Min 3 years experience working in UAE
Experience
Events /hospitality experience is preferred
Track record of exceptional account management and client support
Experience of sales and operational areas of events
Fluent in English (Arabic a bonus)
Confident communicator with a passion for building relationships
