You Have:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience involving detailed solution selling
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Minimum 4 years of account management experience
• 4 years of experience in the IT industry
• 2 years minimum of working in a CRM environment
• Experience in high-volume calling
• Previous experience with sales and customer experience
• Enthusiasm for new technology
• MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar Client Relationship Management tool
• Experience making decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate all consequences
• Experience providing and implementing solutions when needed
