Senior Account Officer

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 3-4years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounting Department
• Experience in food manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficient in Ms Office applications and SAP
• Orangized, Initiative with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong problem solving skill and able to work independently

• Monitor and review AR, AP and Daily Cash Function
• Perform Bank Reconcilation and Quarterly GST Return
• Perform Weekly / Monthly Inventory Check and Variance Report
• Perform Analytical review of financial report and others
• Preparation of audit schedule, liaise with auditor, Tax agent, banker ensure in compliance with all statutory requirements
• Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system
• Assist in improvement of internal control procedures and process
• Supervise and Guidance to finance teamAssist in Administrative and ad-hoc duties
