Are you an experienced accountant seeking a challenging opportunity in the dynamic world of international real estate investment? Join a prestigious asset management firm, specializing in Real Estate investments across Europe and the US. They are located at the German border and are seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join their team.

AS A SENIOR ACCOUNTANT, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Managing the accounting, including debtor and creditor accounting.
• Managing financial reporting processes for their real estate investment portfolios.
• Ensuring compliance with Luxembourgish, German or IFRS accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Incoming and outgoing payment booking and account assignment
• Independent invoice preparation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and schedules

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 3 years of experience minimum in accounting, preferably within the real estate or Private Equity sector.
• Deep knowledge of Luxembourgish accounting standards and regulations. German accounting or IFRS are a plus.
• You speak German. You have a good level in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
