Here at Cobalt, we are working with a highly regarded real estate investment company focused on the European market. As part of their constant growth, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Luxembourg office.

€65,000 TO €75,000 PLUS BONUS

Here at Cobalt, we are working with a highly regarded real estate company focused on the European market. As part of their constant growth, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Luxembourg office.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent is an asset.
• Several years of experience working in Real Estate or Property Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS. Other GAAPs would be an advantage.
• Experience working with Yardi would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, other languages would be beneficial.
• Be team-orientated, with experience in supervising and developing junior team members.

• Manage property accounting tasks including rental income, review of service charge costs, preparation of VAT returns, and other accounting tasks.
• Ensure the accurate recording in Lux GAAP and IFRS.
• Support the asset management team with financial information and analysis.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with 3rd party property managers and finance teams across Europe.
