REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control, treasury management, or related financial roles.
  • Team player, self-motivated and able to follow deadlines, leadership qualities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • A corporate level role, involve in supervision accounts receivable functions at both the entity and group levels.
  • Receive and record customer payments, ensuring accurate application to outstanding invoices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
  • Evaluate and establish credit limits for new and existing customers.
  • Review credit terms and conditions and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of outstanding receivables to management.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and support yearly audit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Support treasury functions by liaising with banks regarding operational needs, and monitoring and forecasting cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and debt service obligations.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned
  • Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
