JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Possess supervisory experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Be in charge of the finance functions of Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets, and supervise a team who are supporting these functions
• Support and work closely with departments on appropriate cost recovery strategies for shared facilities/services and centralised fixed assets
• Participate in new initiatives/projects
• Review and streamline work processes for day-to-day operations
• Be involved in the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise
• Oversee the full set of accounts of a dormant subsidiary, prepare its financial and management reports, and appropriate returns
• Report to Senior Manager, Finance Operations and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Deputy Director and/or CFO
