SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance
  • Over 5 years of experience in finance
  • Proficient in Polish Accountancy regulations
  • Strong command of CIT and VAT regulations, essential for carrying out daily responsibilities specified in the job description
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • English proficiency (minimum B1 level required).
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with an agile approach to work.
  • Culturally sensitive and capable of handling interactions with a global mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately processing AP transactions in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring invoice compliance with tax/legal rules and accounting standards.
  • Supervising team members, providing guidance, and supporting team members in day-to-day processes.
  • Helping other teams by providing support, especially in navigating the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and handling invoice reconciliation.
  • Managing Vendor Master Data.
  • Closing monthly accounting periods to ensure accurate entry into the company’s accounting ledger and making corrections as needed. Collaborating with the PBFA team.
  • Assisting in yearly closing activities.
  • Improving existing processes.
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses and fulfilling reporting requests.
  • Creating and updating accounting procedures.
