QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in accounting, preferably within PSFs or financial institutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SPVs, SOPARFIs, and Holdings structures.
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourgish accounting regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting processes for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), SOPARFIs/Holdings or PE-RE.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting standards.
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive financial initiatives.
